A working team from the Central Bank of Eswatini has paid a courtesy on the Electronic Money Issuers (EMIs) Chamber of Ghana.

Leadership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) on Tuesday February 21, 2023, paid a courtesy call on the Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications to introduce the Institute’s new council members and further explore ways to better collaborate in the future.

Vodafone Ghana has offered all customers free international calls and SMS to Turkey and Syria. The telecommunications company will also refund customers all charges on calls that were made to Turkey and Syria from 1st February.

February 21, 2023, Accra - Vodafone Group Plc has completed the transfer of its 70% majority shares
in Vodafone Ghana (Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited - GTCL), to the Telecel Group after
successfully obtaining all the necessary regulatory approvals, including the agreement of the
Government of Ghana, as a minority shareholder.
