MTN Ghana has announced that it has secured additional capacity from its international partners to help improve data and internet services to its subscribers.

This was captured in a statement issued by the mobile operator this morning March 18, 2024.

According to MTN Ghana, “We are happy to inform you that we have secured additional capacity from our international partners, which has resulted in an improvement in your data experience.”

Telecel Ghana, the second biggest telecom company in Ghana by subscribers, has committed to use its presence in the country to transform startup businesses, micros, small and medium sized enterprises (MSMEs) by providing them with innovative technology and access to high speed and reliable digital services.

In a surge reflective of its robust financial standing, MTN Ghana (MTNGH) witnessed a 3.3% increase in its share price, reaching a new all-time high of GH¢1.55 at the close of trading today (March 18, 2024).
