The Ministry of Communications (MoC) and the National Communications Authority (NCA) has proposed and is in the process of implementing a Mandatory Interconnect Clearing House (ICH) to be operated by a privately owned monopoly.

CST amendment bill passed by Parliament

Parliament on Tuesday passed the Communication Service Tax Amendment Bill; paving way for government to compel the various service providers to raise a total of 45 million Ghana cedis.
